"Ben is truly fabulous and organised a perfect four day learn to lead climb course for us in the Lakes. This was my second climbing trip with Ben and I wouldn't trust anyone more - he remembered me wanting to learn to lead and reached out when another client of his also wanted to do the same, which was super thoughtful. Ben ensured we were changing venues each day, making the most of the Lakes and even accommodated my request for pretty views and an easy commute home to Manchester on our final day, which was very much appreciated. The course was a perfect mix of laughter, multi-pitch/single-pitch technical climbs, skills building and ultimately safety tactics. Ben is well versed in maintaining the balance between pushing you beyond your perceived comfort zone and encouraging you to a point he knew was within your means.
