Mountain Training is the awarding body for qualifications in walking, climbing and mountaineering in the UK. Click here or on the logo to see their information on the Personal Skills courses.
The Lakes Mountaineer runs the full selection of Mountain Training courses in the Lake District on behalf of Crag 2 Mountain.
Designed as a progressive pathway, they are an ideal way of advancing your skills. Under 18s must be accompanied, but guardians do not have to take part. To attend a course, you must register with Mountain Training: this is free for under 18s, otherwise £20.
